Preparation

• Scoop 1/2- 1 tsp of Ceremonies matcha powder into your favourite cup.

• Add 75mls of hot water (80°) and whisk until frothy with no clumps.

• Add 250mls of hot water or your favourite milk.

• For iced matcha, add ice to your whisked mixture along with 250mls of cold milk.

• For a sweeter taste, add 1/2 tsp of natural sweetener. We recommend honey or maple syrup!

Pro tip: When using an electric milk frother or steamer, add your matcha powder before heating.
